Camp Slana on the island of Pag

About the project

Basic information

Project description

The purpose of the project is the scientific and multi-perspective research of the Slana camp, which existed on the island of Pag from June to August 1941, and was organized by the NDH authorities. Given that unverified information occasionally appears in the public, it is necessary to thoroughly investigate and valorize the history of that camp using modern scientific methodology, both for the purpose of establishing the factual situation and out of respect for the victims. The main goal of the project is the creation and publication of a collection of works on the Slana camp on the island of Pag.
