On January 10, 2026, the daily Večernji list published a three-page interview with Inga Tomić-Koludrović, a scientist emerita, and Mirko Petrić, MA. The interview, published in the newspaper’s popular Saturday supplement Obzor, presented and discussed the results of a survey of the lifestyles of male and female students at the universities of Split, Zadar, and Dubrovnik. The content of the article, published under the title “Generation of Contradictions”, underscored the social stratification visible in the lifestyles of young people.

On January 11, 2026, the same interview was made available on the Večernji list portal under the title “Social stratification of youth: Affiliation is no longer a matter of choice but of parents’ material resources”.
