The fourth annual meeting of the NextGenderHR project team in 2026 was held online on 20th October

The meeting brought together all members of the research team from the Pilar Institute: Prof. Emeritus Dr. Inga Tomić-Koludrović, Dr. Lynette Šikić-Mićanović, Dr. Jadranka Rebeka Anić, Dr. Augustin Derado, Mirko Petrić, Mirela Crljen, Iva Žunić, Paula Greiner, Marta Keglević, Matija Krizmanić, and Darija Ivošević.
The meeting began with a brief financial report and an overview of activity-related costs for 2026. This was followed by a report on planned and completed activities, as well as the measurable indicators for the third year of the project. During the remainder of the meeting, individual reports were presented by project collaborators regarding their research activities and measurable indicators. The meeting concluded with a discussion on project-related plans and publications for next year.
