SCIENCE WITHOUT FILTER – Episode 5 of the Institute’s Podcast: Homelessness and the Path Towards More Inclusive Policies in Croatia
Following a proposal for science popularisation activities put forward by the Pilar Institute’s Science Popularisation Committee, the Institute launched its podcast, SCIENCE WITHOUT FILTER, in late September 2025. The podcast introduces a new form of digital content to support the Institute’s strategic goal of popularising science and enhancing its public visibility
What challenges do people experiencing homelessness face in Croatia, and what barriers prevent their social inclusion? In our fifth episode, we explore the lived experiences of people experiencing homelessness, social exclusion, and opportunities for developing more inclusive policies.
The discussion centres on the book A Qualitative Approach to Homelessness: Towards More Inclusive Policies in Croatia, which presents findings from the international research project CSRP (Exploring Homelessness and Pathways to Social Inclusion: A Comparative Study of Contexts and Challenges in Swiss and Croatian Cities).
