Ljiljana Dobrovšak, PhD, and Danijel Vojak, PhD, participated in a commemoration for the Sinti (Roma) victims of the Hrastina massacre; Marija Gorica, 25/04/2026

On April 25, 2025, Ljiljana Dobrovšak, PhD, and Danijel Vojak, PhD, participated in a commemoration for the Sinti (Roma) victims of the Hrastina massacre, held at the local cemetery in Marija Gorica. The ceremony was organized by the “Kali Sara” Roma Union in the Republic of Croatia. On this occasion, Ljiljana Dobrovšak, PhD, and Danijel Vojak, PhD, jointly laid a wreath on behalf of the Pilar Institute. Subsequently, Danijel Vojak, PhD, delivered a formal address concerning the culture of remembrance pertaining to Roma victims.
