Project NextGenderHR: Working Meeting Held on Qualitative Analysis; Zagreb, 07/05/2026

A working meeting for the team members responsible for the qualitative component of the NextGenderHR project (Changing Gender Relations in Croatia) was held on May 7, 2026, at the Pilar Institute in Zagreb

The meeting was attended by the Project Leader, Lynette Šikić Mićanović, PhD, along with Augustin Derado, PhD, and Matija Krizmanić, Research Assistant. The primary focus was on aligning the coding strategy for the collected qualitative interviews and accompanying materials. During the session, the remaining tasks were reviewed, and responsibilities within the qualitative stage of the NextGenderHR project were assigned.

The project Changing Gender Relations in Croatia (NextGenderHR) is funded by the NextGenerationEU program framework.
