The text presents the results of research carried out as part of the project Transformation of second home use in the age of online social networking (HomesNetting HRZZ IP-2022-10-8104). These results are part of the analysis of contemporary trends in the transformation of the use of second homes and the impact of these changes on the dynamics of local development.
