Ivana Radačić, PhD, participated in the activities of the research project NINA; Dubrovnik, 27/03-02/04/2026
Ivana Radačić, PhD, was one of the lecturers at the postgraduate course Advancing Women’s Rights in a Changing World held from March 27 to April 2, 2026 at the Dubrovnik Interuniversity Center (IUC). She spoke about the history of feminism, with a special emphasis on transformative feminism – an approach that emphasizes the importance of understanding trauma, spiritual activism, and the mental health and well-being of activists

Immediately after the course, Ivana Radačić, PhD, participated in the international conference Future of Women’s Rights: Marking Anniversaries of CEDAW and the Istanbul Convention at the IUC, where she gave a presentation on “Feminism at the Time of Great Turning”. The presentation offered an inclusive and holistic feminist perspective, which is essential for the civilizational transition towards a paradigm based on interconnectedness and wholeness of life.
The course and conference are activities of the institutional research project Norms, Institutions, National and International Frameworks for the Protection of Women’s Rights (NINA). The project is led by Associate Professor Antonija Petričušić, PhD, from the Faculty of Law in Zagreb, and Ivana Radačić, PhD, is the project collaborator.
