The results of the DISINFO Climate pilot study, conducted in December 2025, were presented at the international scientific and professional conference: 25th Psychology Days in Zadar
In two oral presentations, “Pilot study of the effects of exposure to climate change disinformation videos” (authors: Marina Maglić, Tomislav Pavlović, and Marija Neralić) and “Readiness to change behaviour with the aim of mitigating the effects of climate change: The contribution of attitude importance, attitudes toward climate change, and perceived individual efficacy” (authors: Marija Neralić, Igor Mikloušić, and Renata Franc), project goals and results of the pilot study conducted on a quota sample of Croatian citizens were presented to the conference participants.
The findings show the role of disinformation content in shaping and changing beliefs about climate change, as well as the importance of certain psychological factors in strengthening individual readiness to change in response to climate change.
