On June 11, 2026, Danijel Vojak, PhD, participated in the scientific conference titled “Rajko Đurić: Life and Work.” The Conference was organized by the Serbian Academy of Sciences and Arts (SANU) through its Board for the Study of Life and Customs of the Roma in Belgrade
He delivered two online presentations co-authored with Associate Professor Aleksandar Racz, PhD, MD (Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Health Studies, and the University of Applied Health Sciences at the University of Rijeka). Their presentations were titled “The Suffering of the Roma in Rajko Đurić’s Interpretation: Between Conceptual Strength and Evidentiary Limitations” and ““Rajko Đurić’s Contribution to the Scholarly Research and Recognition of the Genocide against the Roma during the Second World War.”
