On May 8, 2026, Danijel Vojak, PhD, featured as a speaker at the international academic conference Fascism: Theory and History of an Idea, hosted by the Faculty of Croatian Studies at the University of Zagreb (Borongaj Campus)
He delivered a paper titled “On the Margins of European and Croatian Historiography, or on Scientific Research into the Roma Genocide.” This presentation was conducted as part of the project Forgotten Places of Suffering of the Undesirables: The Roma Genocide in the Independent State of Croatia: Research, Memorialization, Education (funded by the European Union – NextGenerationEU).
