Scientist Emerita Inga Tomić-Koludrović, PhD, gave a presentation on the Poljud stadium in Split as a public good as part of the 14th Rotary Forum “Poljud – the future of the past”. The four-hour program, held on 14 March 2026 in the large hall of the School of Medicine of the University of Split, discussed possible scenarios for the rehabilitation of the existing stadium, which is considered a masterpiece of modernist architecture, or its demolition and the construction of a new facility
Relying on the insights of the sociological profession, Inga Tomić-Koludrović, PhD, strongly advocated for the rehabilitation of the existing stadium and its remaining in city ownership.
