Održan prvi radni sastanak projekta NextGenderHR u 2025. godini, 6. ožujka 2025.
Prvi radni sastanak internog projekta Instituta Pilar „Promjene rodnih odnosa u Hrvatskoj (NextGenderHR)“ u 2025. godini održan je videokonferencijski 6. ožujka 2025.
– Dnevni red sastanka i popis sudionika/ca
U uvodnom dijelu sastanka, razmotreni su rezultati ostvareni tijekom prve godine projekta (2024.) i dogovoren način odvijanja aktivnosti planiranih u njegovoj drugoj (2025.) godini. U drugom dijelu sastanka, razmijenjena su iskustva o kvalitativnim empirijskim istraživanjima koja su trenutno u provedbi te napretku doktorskih radova mladih istraživača/ca. Razmjena iskustava o empirijskim istraživanjima nastavljena je na sljedećem sastanku, održanom videokonferencijski 13. ožujka 2025. godine.

The first work meeting of the NextGenderHR project team in 2025 was held on March 6th, by means of videoconferencing
In the introductory part of the meeting, the results achieved during the first year of the project (2024) were discussed and the plan of the activities in its second year (2025) was agreed upon. In the second part of the meeting, experiences were exchanged about qualitative empirical research that is currently being implemented and the progress of doctoral theses of young researchers. The meeting agenda and list of participants can be found here. The exchange of experiences on empirical research continued at the follow-up meeting, held via videoconference on March 13, 2025.
