Suradnja projekta NextGenderHr s Umjetničkom akademijom Sveučilišta u Splitu u 2024. godini
U 2024. godini projekt NextGenderHR ostvario je razgranatu suradnju s Umjetničkom akademijom Sveučilišta u Splitu. U okviru te suradnje, Umjetnička akademija omogućila je održavanje dvaju radnih sastanka projektnog tima (18.-19. siječnja 2024. i 21.-25. ožujka 2024.) u svojim prostorijama, kao i sudjelovanje studenata/ica u istraživanjima provođenima u okviru projekta (fokusne grupe na temu novih muškosti i novih ženskosti održane su 25. ožujka 2024.)

Izv. prof. art. Maris Cilić s Umjetničke akademije dizajnirala je logotip projekta NextGenderHR. Znanstvenica emerita Inga Tomić-Koludrović i viši predavač Mirko Petrić s Instituta Pilar izvode na Umjetničkoj akademiji kolegije iz sociologije kulture i medija, te semiotike, u čije su programe uključeni sadržaji povezani s temom projekta.
Nakon što su utvrdili važnost podupiranja zajedničkih aktivnosti za potrebe istraživanja i diseminacije rezultata projekta NextGenderHR, ravnatelj Instituta Pilar prof. dr. Željko Holjevac i dekanica Umjetničke akademije sveučilišta u Splitu izv. prof. art. dr. sc. Miona Miliša potpisali su sporazum o suradnji u nizu aktivnosti relevantnih za obje ustanove, posebice u području znanstveno-istraživačke djelatnosti. Suradnja Umjetničke akademije i Područnog centra Instituta Pilar nastavit će se tijekom trajanja projekta NextGenderHR, ali i nakon njegova završetka.

Cooperation of the NextGenderHr project with the Art Academy of the University of Split
In 2024, the NextGenderHR project achieved extensive cooperation with the Art Academy of the University of Split. As part of this cooperation, the Art Academy helped organize two work meetings of the project team (January 18-19, 2024 and March 21-15, 2024), held on its premises. Likewise, the Art Academy students participated in the research conducted within the project (focus groups on the topic of new masculinities and new femininities were held on March 25, 2024)
Assoc. prof. art. Maris Cilić, employed at the Art Academy, designed the NextGenderHR logo. Scientist emerita Inga Tomić-Koludrović and senior lecturer Mirko Petrić from the Ivo Pilar Institute conduct courses in the sociology of culture and media and semiotics at the Art Academy. These courses include content related to the project’s theme.
After establishing the importance of supporting joint activities for the purposes of research and dissemination of the results of the NextGenderHR project, the director of the Ivo Pilar Institute, Professor Željko Holjevac, Ph.D., and the Dean of the Art Academy of the University of Split, Assoc. prof. art. Ph.D. Miona Miliša signed a cooperation agreement. The agreement, signed on March 11, 2024, stipulates a series of activities relevant to both institutions, especially in the field of scientific research. The cooperation between the Art Academy and the Regional Center of the Pilar Institute will continue during the duration of the NextGenderHR project, but also after its completion.
