Kvantitativna istraživanja projekta NextGenderHR u 2024. godini – anketna ispitivanja
Aktivnosti projekta NextGenderHR u 2024. godini uključile su provedbu triju anketnih ispitivanja. Anketno ispitivanje o promjenama rodnih odnosa u Hrvatskoj provela je agencija Ipsos, u razdoblju između 8. svibnja i 4. lipnja 2024. Ispitivanje (N=1054) je provedeno panelom znanja (knowledge panel), na ispitanicima/ama između 18 i 80 godina, uz samostalno popunjavanje upitnika online (CAWI – Computer Aided Web Interviewing), ili telefonski kontakt (CATI – Computer Aided Telephone Interviewing)
Anketno ispitivanje životnih stilova studenata/ica u Splitu, Zadru i Dubrovniku (N=764) provedeno je tijekom svibnja, lipnja i listopada 2024. godine, a nakon njega provedeno je i anketno ispitivanje rodnih stavova na skalama novih muškosti i ženskosti studenata/ica u Splitu i Zagrebu (N=610). Svim anketnim ispitivanjima prethodile su radionice i radni sastanci za razvoj upitnika. U slučaju anketnog ispitivanja studentskih rodnih stavova, prije finalizacije upitnika proveden su i ekspertni intervjui (N=5) i fokus grupe (N=4) s pripadnicima/ama generacije Z.
Prvi rezultati nacionalnog anketnog ispitivanja o promjenama rodnih odnosa u Hrvatskoj predstavljeni su na kongresu Europske sociološke asocijacije u Portu (27.-30. kolovoza 2024.). Na istom kongresu predstavljen je i rad na razvoju skala novih muškosti i novih ženskosti.
Quantitative research activities of the NextGenderHR project in 2024
Activities of the NextGenderHR project in 2024 included the implementation of three surveys. The survey on changes in gender relations in Croatia was conducted by the agency Ipsos in the period between May 8 and June 4, 2024. The agency’s knowledge panel was used to conduct the survey (N=1054) on respondents between the ages of 18 and 80, using computer-aided web interviewing (CAWI) or computer-aided telephone interviewing (CATI).
A survey of the lifestyles of students in Split, Zadar and Dubrovnik (N=764) was conducted during May, June and October 2024. After that, a survey of gender attitudes on the new masculinities and femininities scales was conducted among students in Split and Zagreb (N=610). All surveys were preceded by questionnaire-development workshops and team meetings. In the case of the survey of students’ gender attitudes, expert interviews (N=5) and focus groups (N=4) with members of Generation Z were conducted before finalizing the questionnaire.
The first results of the national survey on changes in gender relations in Croatia were presented at the congress of the European Sociological Association in Porto (August 27-30, 2024). At the same congress, work on the development of new masculinity and new femininity scales was presented.
